Consignment means selling on your behalf. You place your graded Pokémon cards and factory-sealed products with KaraCardz, we agree a market-level price, and market them at a fixed price on eBay, in our shop and on livestream, including above market value. Your minimum payout is agreed beforehand: the agreed price minus commission, adjusted only for a discount you approve. After the sale you receive an automatic statement by email, followed by payout after 14 days.

The more valuable your card, the lower the commission. Your agreed market price determines the tier, even if you approve a discount later.

- Minimum value: an asking price of €500 per item.
- Slabs and sealed only: graded cards and factory-sealed products. Raw cards can be offered through our card-buying service instead.
- Minimum term: 2 weeks after accepting our offer. No withdrawal or parallel sale during this period.
- Payout: after the buyer’s 14-day withdrawal period ends.
- Withdrawal: after the minimum term, you can withdraw unsold cards at any time. You cover insured return shipping.

What does consignment cost?
Submission and listing are free. Commission applies only to successful sales: 12% for an agreed price of €500–€999, 10% for €1,000–€1,999 and 8% from €2,000. The tier stays fixed; the rate is applied to the actual sale price. KaraCardz covers selling and payment fees.
When do I receive my money?
You receive an automatic sales statement, within minutes for shop and eBay sales; livestream sales are entered manually. Payout follows the buyer’s 14-day withdrawal period. A higher sale price means a higher payout. An approved discount reduces the minimum payout, shown in the portal beforehand.
What if my card does not sell?
It stays listed as long as you wish. After the 2-week minimum term you can withdraw it. You cover insured return shipping; commission applies only to successful sales.
Can I change the price later?
Yes, we agree price changes together. You can also approve a discount of up to 50% of the agreed price. Nothing sells below the minimum you authorize.
How safe are my cards?
Shipping to us is at your own risk: we cannot cover loss or damage in transit. Always ship insured. On arrival we store cards securely, locked away and clearly assigned to your submission. Return shipping is insured.
What can I submit?
Graded Pokémon cards and factory-sealed displays, ETBs and collections with an asking price of at least €500 per item. Raw cards are not accepted for consignment; offer them through our card-buying service instead.
